Large bright apartment on the 1st floor, located less than 500m from the city center of Saint Martin de Crau. This beautiful apartment is in the immediate vicinity of two supermarkets (Intermarché and Lidl) as well as small local shops: bakery, butcher, pizzeria, restaurant … It is very well equipped with fiber internet, air conditioning, large full kitchen (hotplates and oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge / freezer …). A covered and shared outdoor terrace (50m²) is available, with garden furniture, tables and BBQ (on request).
The accommodation
The apartment is located on the first floor. With a total surface area of approximately 145m², it is composed of:
– a large living room/lounge, with two large bookcases, flat screen TV, sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table, a piano…
– a dining room with a beautiful wooden table and six chairs
– three nicely decorated bedrooms with a 140 cm wide double bed, with private bathroom/shower/WC in each bedroom, as well as a private balcony.
Small apartment for 4 people
This small apartment is also on the 1st floor, adjoining the large one, and in the same location.
It is equipped with fiber internet, air conditioning, small kitchen/living room (induction hob, microwave, electric oven, Nespresso coffee maker, refrigerator with freezer on its top.)
A covered outdoor terrace (and shared with the large apartment) is available, with garden furniture, tables and BBQ (on request).
The accommodation
The apartment is located on the first floor, and adjoins the large apartment. With a total surface area of approximately 50m², it consists of:
– a small kitchen/living room, flat screen TV, BZ sofa that can accommodate two people (extra charge), a coffee table, a kitchen table and four chairs. …
– two bedrooms, one with a 140cm wide double bed, the other with a 160cm wide double bed
– A shared bathroom with shower
– Separate toilet.

Access to the accommodation is done independently from the Hotel.
The Hotel reception is open from 8am to 9:30pm. Outside of these hours, access is via a code that will be given upon arrival. In case of late arrival, it will be necessary to contact the reception during opening hours to receive the necessary instructions for accessing the accommodation

Breakfast Buffet
In the morning, the Hôtel Résidence La Transhumance offers a large continental buffet.
Breakfast is served from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. on weekdays and from 8:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. on weekends. 50% reduction for children under 8 years old, free for children under 3 years old.
